Sliding Door I brought my 14 yr old Odyssey in due to the driver's side rear sliding door was no longer sliding. I had my doubts that due to it's age & the fact t I brought my 14 yr old Odyssey in due to the driver's side rear sliding door was no longer sliding. I had my doubts that due to it's age & the fact that it was a Canadian vehicle, that the problem could be solved in one day, but to my surprise it was! Good job guys! Tony was very efficient asking if there was anything else I should make them aware of, which there was. The shuttle service was a very big plus, since I have no access to another vehicle. Tony is awesome The battery on our 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid failed (The IMA and engine lights came on) and we did some research online. Honda has an extended warranty The battery on our 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid failed (The IMA and engine lights came on) and we did some research online. Honda has an extended warranty on this battery in some states, including MA, but some people onlne said their MA dealerships refused to honor the extended warranty and quoted a price of $4,000 to replace the battery. So we came to Herb Chambers with trepidation, ready to argue. What a pleasant surprise to work with Tony! He looked up the car's info, said "looks like you might be fully covered, let me confirm" and then let us know that because of the warranty there would be no charge to replace the battery. Tony is helpful, pleasant, and fun to talk to. He texted me several times with updates on the progress of the battery replacement, and made sure everything was taken care of. Because of my experience with Tony, I highly, highly recommend him - and the Herb Chambers Honda service department. More

Within a very short time the vehicle had been serviced and the noise identified as a need for a strut assembly. Tony made a few quick phone calls to identify parts location and options and promised to text my cell phone when the parts arrived. He was very attentive and gave me quick updates during the time I waited. The car was done in half-the-time originally promised. I have been happy with Herb Chambers Service Department for the 7 years I have owned my vehicle. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else and they have developed this trust with each service visit.
