Tony Ngo review I have brought my Honda CR-V to Herb Chambers in Westborough for service since purchasing it new there in 2009. Last week I brought it in for a proble I have brought my Honda CR-V to Herb Chambers in Westborough for service since purchasing it new there in 2009. Last week I brought it in for a problem with the air conditioning. (NO A/C!). Tony Ngo found an extended warranty on the A/C unit so it did not cost me a penny to fix. He also covered the cost of a rental car. Kudos to Tony! Always a pleasure dealing with him. More

Tire Repair Recently I discovered I had a nail in one of my car tires and took my car to Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough where I met with Tony Ngo of their Ser Recently I discovered I had a nail in one of my car tires and took my car to Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough where I met with Tony Ngo of their Service department. Tony had the car looked at immediately and quickly resolved the tire problem. He was extremely courteous as well as informative regarding details of the repair issue. Tony took a test drive, pin point the problem on the road, and the problem got fixed afterwards. We saved the $130+ diagnostic fees because of Tony's experience. I would highly recommend work with Tony and definitely will use his expertise again! More

"Great Service" Herb Chambers of Westborough is the only place I bring my car for service. The team is wonderful!
