EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE Tony is a professional in this field. He gives excellent service to his clients . I have been servicing my Honda Odyssey and 1998 Civic since two year Tony is a professional in this field. He gives excellent service to his clients . I have been servicing my Honda Odyssey and 1998 Civic since two years and he gives professional advice by pointing out to me the repairs that are safety issue and advises me to take care of them first. He also gives professional advice on how to get the best service without spending all your savings. He gives everybody the same attention irrespective of anything and he is so hardworking, always multi tasking and listens to all your questions and answers them wisely. He is always busy attending to one client or the other that at times I wonder if he has time to go for lunch.. I always bring my car to this dealership because Tony takes his time to assign it to be test driven so that the actual fault can be detected before repairs. Anytime I drive my car after it goes in for service, I feel like I am driving a brand new car due to the excellent service it received. My 1998 Civic is so reliable and runs faster than most cars after it was serviced at this dealership with Tony's supervision. I have never regretted spending money for servicing my car at this dealership because I have always got value for the money I spent. All kudos to Tony. I will always recommend this dealership to anyone for excellent and professional service. More

Steppin' Up I had a service appointment for the daughter's 2004 Civic. It had some issues...but I didn't really know what all of them were. However, Tony did a great job right from the outset. He assured me that they would look everything over and make sure the car was safe (first priority), but do only what needed to be done. That was the end result. In fact, he suggested that I not spend money on a couple of things that I thought needed to be done. Exceptional Service - highly recommend I recently brought my 08 Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and maintenance, and Tony was my service advisor. He brought to my attention work that n I recently brought my 08 Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and maintenance, and Tony was my service advisor. He brought to my attention work that needed to be done, and went over the details of the service I needed and kept me updated on the progress. When I noticed a spot of oil in my driveway the next day after having my service done, I called Tony and he told me to bring my truck back in. It ended up being a pretty major problem. He brought me back into the garage, showed me the problem and had the mechanic that worked on vehicle there to explain and answer any questions. Even though it was explained to me that my problem was not related to the recent service of my truck - I was anxious and prepared to argue. He arranged for a rental car to be brought to me, at no cost, and told me not to worry. Tony assured me that he would talk to his Service Manager, order the part the next day, and let me know what was going on. I, of course, did worry that I would be stuck with a huge bill! I was amazed and thrilled when Tony called to tell me that my truck was all set and there was no charge! Tony was an exceptional service advisor that went above and beyond, he was professional and courteous and put me, the customer, first! I have the highest praise for the care and service I received and will happily continue to have my Honda serviced at Herb Chambers Honda. Thank you Tony! More
