First before I went to the dealership the service department tried to help me with the situation. When we weren't having any success they suggested I bring it in. i was met at the door by a man named John who was very professional and said they would take care of it for me. Talk about quick service...20 minutes. I have a 2009 CRV and have not had any mechanical problems. In the future when I plan to purchase a new car you are right at the top of the list. While my vehicle was getting serviced they offered me a free shuttle service that goes out My experience in this dealership has been very comforting. While my vehicle was getting serviced they offered me a free shuttle service that goes out to 10 miles! I was able to do some holiday shopping while I waited it was perfect. The most important fact about this experience is how I was told what my vehicle was going to be doing step by step. To me a great customer service agent goes a long way I would prefer to pay for great service then Bad. I will continue to visit Herb Chambers Westborough. Thanks for the great service! More

overall very nice people! i brought my car in because of transmission problems, and they checked out my car without charge and found the problem. i had them hold onto to the ca i brought my car in because of transmission problems, and they checked out my car without charge and found the problem. i had them hold onto to the car and work with a warentee compony to get the car fixed. unfortunately the car never got fixed. but everyone in service worked well with me, kept me updated on everything, and returned my cars. i also had my car in for an oil change that was very quick! although i asked for them not to give me a car wash, and they still did. i lost half a sticker i just put on. but overall, van, who worked with me, did very good! 5 stars for sure. Herb Chambers took my Car for service and destroyed it After I get the Airbag recall fixed at this dealership my SRS light keeps on coming on randomly. Finally it came on solid so took in car. I was told that the Airbag Sensor is faulty also I need new Bushings and Right Axle. The Airbag Sensor was replaced and the Bushing was replaced. Axle was not in stock and was ordered. No one calls me when the axle arrives even though I was charged for the part. When I called I was told the axle had arrived and they will schedule service. After 5 hrs the vehicle was fixed. First time I go with the car on highway after the repair the whole car starts shuddering. RPM stuck at 5K. Speed not increasing. Took the vehicle back in but the advisor says they are busy and gives me a appointment 3 days later. When asked for a loaner he says he doesnt have any. Took the car to 2 other mechanincs all tell me that When Honda installed the axle they have caused damage to the Transmission. Please stay away from this dealership they suck the money out of your pocket. on top of that provide very poor service. The Service Advisors keep on changing every few months. More
Sloppy Service Took van to dealer to have lift gate motor replaced along with a few other items, all under warranty. After 8 hours with my car, lift gate motor was replaced and other items fixed. Upon picking up the van noticed that the interior panel was scratched up and had grease prints. Dealer agreed to replace. After driving away entire interior panel rattled as if it had not even been "clipped" back into place. Very sloppy workmanship. Now the car needs to go back to dealer a second time to be repaired correctly. This is not the first time that this service department has done poor quality work / overlooked things. They have a good bunch of folks working at the dealership, they simply need to pay a little more attention to the work that they do / value their customers time. More
