Recall Happy with the service. From entering to the service rep. I did not get his name but that's ok. I was only there for a recall. I have been to Boch Hon Happy with the service. From entering to the service rep. I did not get his name but that's ok. I was only there for a recall. I have been to Boch Honda in Westford MA to try them out ( last Service ) was very impressed with friendly service reps ( 10 out of 10) they kept me in formed what was happening got me a loaner because the service took a bit longer. I have been to Herb Honda @ westboro many a time thinking it would get better from the last. I have bought 3 cars from westboro, the sales men both were excellent (10 out of 10) but only to find out they no longer work there. As for service only for being the nearest to me. Oh the is a price difference too cheaper than westboro accepted service deals from other Honda dealers. Which is most important to me. Westboro Honda always makes an excuse. Why I don't know 6 out of 10 More

Great Service experience This was my first time using Service at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and I was really impressed with the whole 5 star process. I spoke with Matt This was my first time using Service at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and I was really impressed with the whole 5 star process. I spoke with Matt in Service ahead of time about the problem my car was having and found he was very knowledgeable about this problem and that they needed the car overnight so they could hear the problem when cold in the morning. Matt followed up with me during the process keeping me informed and the car problem was fixed. Thanks again to Matt and the technician who did the repair! More

Excuses Excuses Excuses Dropped my car off for a noisy engine four hours later call need to keep it over night. By 1:30 next day no call so I called them. Not only wasn't the issue fixed it turns out it needs over $1,000 in work. They had to keep it overnight to tell me this!? Not the first time I've had an issue with the service department but it will be the last. I WON'T BE BACK FOR REPAIRS OR A NEW CAR. More

Don't even have time to talk on the phone I have used their service multiple times, but never been delighted. I would call them more in the acceptable range. My car is due for service, and I have used their service multiple times, but never been delighted. I would call them more in the acceptable range. My car is due for service, and decided to call them this morning. First of all, getting to the service department to make an appointment itself was longer than 8 minutes. Finally, when I did get to a service adviser, he told me that he does not have time to keep answering my questions, and stay on the phone. This is after him knowing that I am looking to do work that would cost ~$500, and he does not have time to talk to me. As for the quality of their past work, it has been average. More
