Excellent service I had a difficult to reproduce sound in vehicle, and one of the service personnel took a test ride with me. We were able to reproduce the issue. Awesome service! Harb Chambers Honda of Westborough has been giving me excellent service ever since I bought my van from them. During the last visit my van needed fron Harb Chambers Honda of Westborough has been giving me excellent service ever since I bought my van from them. During the last visit my van needed front break work. Their service manager who happened to be out there attended me. He had their technician "little John", as he known by, look at it. Later explained me what's going and what is needed to fix it. He (service manager) went extra mile to get me excellent pricing on the entire repair cost, and setup an appointment for the following day. The following day their service advisor Jim Walgreen attended me. He had all details put in by the manager hence it was fast and smooth. Jim had little John come over to see me as he was assigned to work on it. Within less than an hour my repair work was complete. Excellent service given by little John, Jim Walgreen and their manager.
