Tire replacement I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on a late Friday afternoon. After AAA put the doughnut tire on my CR-V, I drove quickly over to Herb Chamb I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on a late Friday afternoon. After AAA put the doughnut tire on my CR-V, I drove quickly over to Herb Chambers to see if I could get a full replacement tire. Unfortunately, by the time I got there, the service technicians had left for the day. However, despite being full booked for Saturday, a service rep put me into the system for Saturday morning. I arrived that next morning at opening and was on my way within 30 minutes. I really felt like the staff went out of their way to accommodate me, which I know was not easy given such a heavily booked schedule. And the cost was very reasonable as well. More
