Way over and above. I leased my Honda 3 years ago and Norman was my salesman and this was my first introduction to this dealership. A very satisfying experience and I knew I found a comfort zone. Norman is over the top as a sales person and so helpful. From that point on, I knew I would bring my Civic there for service and have been doing so and now I've extended my lease for another 12 months. It's always a pleasure to go there; so welcoming. Matt is on top of the process and always so helpful and so informative. I always make sure I have enough time for my service, but even if it's running just a little longer, Matt is right on top of it and keeps me informed. Thank you Matt. More

Easy, friendly, knowledgeable! I walked in, was greeted and made to feel comfortable right away. Abby is wonderful and is now my new BFF!! Smooth, friendly, and hospitable I spoke with Abby as soon as I walked in who was nice and friendly. During that time, I was able to grab some free drinks and food while watching TV (reading materials were also available). The place was also clean. Abby found me once my car was finished and then I was off. A very easy and smooth transaction. More

There was no wait to pull into the service entrance. They took me in to do paper work. Invoice was stamped WAITING. Very quick. I only waited about 40 minutes for the work to be done. Very happy with the way I was treated. More
