Service visit I booked my appointment on line and a few days later a rep called to confirm the work I needed done. I dropped my car off the night before my appointm I booked my appointment on line and a few days later a rep called to confirm the work I needed done. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment. The day of the appointment a tech called to confirm the work to be performed and if other work was necessary. The tech was extremely nice and polite. He called back shortly to let me know my car was ready for pick up. When picking up my car the tech came out to make sure all was well. Again he was very nice and polite, even offered to go get my car for me. More

Expectations exceeded! Randy was my service manager. I knew when I booked my appointment that it was going to be a long appointment. As it neared the end of the day, Randy Randy was my service manager. I knew when I booked my appointment that it was going to be a long appointment. As it neared the end of the day, Randy informed me that they would not be able to finish. He even offered for the tech to come in on a Sunday but unfortunately I could not leave my car then. We arranged for me to drop my car off on Monday morning and they would provide a rental car as I had to drive my mom for radiation and chemo treatments Monday through Friday. He promised car would be done by end of Friday and even followed up on his day off to ensure everything was done and I was all set. He was able to provide some additional discounts for my inconvenience. I was very pleased and truly appreciated his extra attention and follow through. He is an excellent service manager. Air Conditioner Service Service advisor, Jim Walgreen, was very professional and very friendly and caring.
