All around great experience Matt was extremely knowledgeable, quick and friendly. I took the shuttle home and back for the first time ever. This dealership is, by far, the best I've ever dealt with! Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with!! They are honest and go above and beyond in helping you. Three Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with!! They are honest and go above and beyond in helping you. Three men in particular that I would like to mention is Matt and Randy in Service, and Pete in Parts. My car needed left and right front axles. They had the left one in stock, but the right was back ordered to an unknown date. I told them that I was concerned about the safety of driving with a bad axle knowing that if it went while driving I could be in an accident. I was told that Pete put in an emergency request. The very next day, while putting in the left front axle, the right axle showed up at the dealership and they were able to put in both at the same time. Truthfully, I was shocked and amazed that they put in so much effort to help me out! I've been telling everyone my story. I know where my next car will be coming from ! More
