We were greeted warmly and efficiently and was told it would be about an hour. Herb Chambers has a very nice comfortable waiting area with good coffee and snacks available. Within an hour, my service associate came up to me and said that I was all set. Handed me my paperwork and keys and showed me to my car, which had been freshly washed....a VERY nice touch indeed. Great service, friendly staff....would highly recommend! More

As usual service was completed on time. Bought my CRV in for a B1 service. It was taken in on time and Jim Montegue gave me an estimate on how long it would take. The service tech found a problem with the cabin filter and another filter. Jim made me aware of this right a way and gave the cost of the filters everything was done on time and the cost reasonable. I have been dealing with this dealership for over 7 years and have never experienced a problem with service or sales. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. Jim is a pleasure to work with and truly a professional and asset to this delership. More
