Car check I was given a ride back to my house and picked up for the car. Great Service Everyone I had contact with from the person who helped me make my appointment on the phone, to the service consultant, to the shuttle driver who drove Everyone I had contact with from the person who helped me make my appointment on the phone, to the service consultant, to the shuttle driver who drove me home and picked me up was friendly, responsive and eager to please. The only thing in hindsight that was unusual was my bill. On it was an environmental compliance charge. I have seen such a charge on other auto service bills, but only if parts and/or fluids were removed from the vehicle. In my situation, to the best of my knowledge, no fluids or parts were removed or replaced. However, the charge was only $9.68. More

Honda wheel bearing repair I was met by Abby Hermanson at the service area. She did a very thorough job trying to find out what was wrong with out car. I wasn't really sure. The tech came back with the bearing problem relatively fast. The work was done the next day in a reasonable time and we are satisfied with the car. My daughter seems to be happy with it. More

Quick In and Out I arrived just before 7 am. I was first in line. My service writer was Matt. He pulled up my file. I had scheduled an oil change as well as a tire rot I arrived just before 7 am. I was first in line. My service writer was Matt. He pulled up my file. I had scheduled an oil change as well as a tire rotation. They took my car right into the service area. He told me it would take about an hour. After 45 minutes he told me my car was ready. He explained all that was done and told me everything was in good working order. He took me over to the cashier where I paid my bill. My car was waiting for me ready to go. Very good experience as always. This is my 4th car from this dealership. Very happy!!! More
