2012 Honda CRV Service went as expected for oil change. Found rear brakes and tires needed replaced. Brake work completed same day. Couldn’t program TPMS problem with Honda Computers. Followed up with service on 3rd day for valve cover gasket to be replaced. Originally told it could wait, however since red on automobile status report, felt need to replace to prevent any further issues. More

more than I expected Having made an appointment ahead of time for the "engine" icon on my dash, I wasn't sure if there was a big problem or not.....Randy took over as soon Having made an appointment ahead of time for the "engine" icon on my dash, I wasn't sure if there was a big problem or not.....Randy took over as soon as I entered the dealership, and then explained to me what it meant, or could mean in regards to the catalytic converter, and what my plan did and did not cover and why. Also adjusted the child lock on my rear passenger door that was in the middle and causing confusion because I could open the door from outside, but not from the inside. Even showed me what to do if it happened again. All in all, a good experience . More

I had reported to him that the s Randy was very helpful and professional. The 10,000 mile "B-1" , "B" service maintenance, tires low icon, were fixed. I had reported to him that the sunroof was leaking water. He had it checked it out and told me that he would order new sunroof with seal that goes around it is replaced. There were water stains all over the shade that covers the sunroof. He said that they would not replace the shade but would "try" to get the stains out - that is all he could do. I have a 2016 Honda CRV EX and think the shade should be replaced at Herb Chambers money as due to the manufacturer defect it also damaged the shade. Randy said that after the parts arrive at Herb Chambers, Westborough, MA - he will call me have it fixed. Thank you - More
