Service - 2014 CRV I have been doing service for my CRV at Herb Chambers Westborough for past year. I am happy with the work on car. Only thing that was not up to the mark was Car wash. They include car wash in their service but last three services I had at HBW, Car wash was not working. Not happy about that. More

Fixed sliding doors of Odyssey. I recently had an issue with the sliding door of my 2015 Honda Odyssey where the door would not close. This happened right after a snow storm and duri I recently had an issue with the sliding door of my 2015 Honda Odyssey where the door would not close. This happened right after a snow storm and during peak winter. Herb Chambers Westborough was accommodating enough to take the vehicle in the Service center after hours. Mr. Jim Walgreen was the service rep working with me. He was very respectful, prompt and detailed in his communication. I took a couple of days to give the final go ahead for fixing the doors as I was trying to learn more about the issue, cost and warranty details. Jim was unbelievably patient through the entire process and ensured that I was getting the right level of attention and response. He also followed the right protocol of keeping his supervisor informed. Jim and his team did a wonderful job at getting my van fixed. I have been getting my Honda vehicles serviced at Herb Chambers, Westborough for past several years and have received great service. This time it was outstanding! Keep up the great work! More
