Caution - don't go to this dealer. They are just interested in making money of service. I had Infotainment issue screen showing black, heating issue and they ended up replacing camera They are just interested in making money of service. I had Infotainment issue screen showing black, heating issue and they ended up replacing camera and display unit charging me and my insurance carrier over 4K for the same and refused to service any further without solving any of the issue. The refused because I was challenging them of the charges and not fixing the issue thus far. I went to RI - Greico Honda they were able to correctly trouble shoot the issue and replace the audio unit that resolved the problem. They directly work with my insurance and kept me posted. My recent oil change right before a New York trip led to a major headache. On the highway, my car suddenly started making a very loud noise. Honda Roadside Assistance had me tow it to the nearest dealer, fo a major headache. On the highway, my car suddenly started making a very loud noise. Honda Roadside Assistance had me tow it to the nearest dealer, forcing an unplanned overnight hotel stay. The next day, the dealer found the shocking cause: the metal guard protecting the oil filter hadn't been screwed in after the oil change. This unsecured plate was dragging on the road and creating all that noise. I'm incredibly surprised by the mechanic's lack of attention to detail. I tried calling the Westborough service department three times to speak with the manager, James, but had no luck getting through to him or even receiving a call back after leaving a message. This has been my first and worst experience with a Honda dealer. If you get your car serviced there, please make sure to double-check that everything, especially your wheels, is properly tightened. Came in for a routine oil and filter change. Scott Sundlie was courteous and responsive as always. He informed us the battery was bad and replaced it under warranty. Came in today because my radio was was not working on my Honda Ridgeline truck. Called before coming in and spoke to Scott who reassured me it could be fixed.
