I am recently divorced, I needed a new car and was a bit apprehensive and nervous about the nightmares I've heard regarding buying cars, my exhusband always purchased our vehicles. I noticed a business card in the lobby of my loft building for Herb Chambers and decided to give them a shot. I researched the Crv online and decided this was the vehicle I wanted. I went in for a test drive and met Norman. I told him I only wanted to drive that day and that I wouldn't be buying anything until I finished my research. He assured me that this was no problem and offered to answer any questions I might have and brought me for a drive. Norman immediately made me feel at ease and certainly knew the Crv very well. When we arrived back to the dealer I explained I had to meet my brother for lunch and Norman thanked me for my time and gave me his credit card. After discussing my experience with my brother he suggested we go back after lunch and talk numbers. When we arrived back to Herb Chambers we sat down with Norman and he was able to offer me a lease option on the Crv with in my budget and today I picked up my new Crv and absolutely love it and very thankful I found that business card in our lobby. I will certainly recommend Norman and Herb Chambers to anyone I know looking for a new car. Thank you Norman for making my first car shopping experience such a pleasurable one! More
I was searching for an accessory for my crv. I tried another dealer first but was not able to locate the part for 2 wks. I was complaining to a friend who suggested Herb Chambers. I visited this dealer in hopes of finding a low milage I visited this dealer in hopes of finding a low milage Honda Ridgeline. A vehicle was found, but it was in a Boston dealership. After placing a hold on the vehicle to get the vehicle to the Westborough dealership, I went home only to be told the next day that the other dealer had sold the vehicle. A communication breakdown had occured and sales people were not told of the hold that had been placed on it. They tried to get the vehicle back for me, but after a couple of other happenings, were un succesful. They then started to do very nice things for me and ended up giving me a brand new vehicle equipped exactly the Same as the used vehicle and for the same price as the used one. You can't argue with new!. I was treated with a professional attitude and courtesy Throughout the whole process. They are really top notch in all departments. I cannot say enough nice things about this Dealership. More
Hi, I just wanted to thank Richard Murray, the service manager at Herb Chambers Honda Westborough. I had an issue with my vehicle that I had brought to a few dealers to have looked at. I kept getting th manager at Herb Chambers Honda Westborough. I had an issue with my vehicle that I had brought to a few dealers to have looked at. I kept getting the same response that everyone hates to hear when they know that there is something wrong with their vehicle "there seems to be nothing wrong with it." I knew that there was an issue. Richard listened to me and I could tell he could appreciate where I was coming from. He had one of the top technicians work on the car and the technician did a road test with me in hopes of isolating the problem. When we got back to the dealer Richard asked if he could keep the car for a few hours to go through. They dropped me off at my home and said they would contact me as soon as they knew more. About 2 hours later I got a call that the car was fixed and that someone would be on their way. I thought they would be picking me up to bring me back to the dealership. To my surprise they drove the car to me with paperwork in hand and dropped it off at the house. I was blown away. Not only was I happy about the entire experience the sound was gone from the car! They promised to get it done and they went the extra mile. I will continue doing service with Herb Chambers and I wanted to thank Richard and his team for their great services. Thank you! -Rudy- More

I usually do not write reviews and never thought I would be prompted to do so about a car dealer. I recieved excellent treatment, from everyone including the General Manager to the receptionist. He actually cared how I would be using my new car and wanted to make sure what I had picked out met my needs. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle. And once we had a car picked out and it came to the numbers, what I thought would be the hardest part, he struck a fair deal where there was little hassle and I was comfortable with the #s because they made sense. Pickup was easy and all the controls were throughly explained to me. And even after the sale I recieved just as much attention. Within the following month I was called a few times to make sure everything was still ok, that I had no new questions about operation, and to thank me again. If every dealership had this outlook on the process, I would move the dentist appt above buying a car on the list of things I don't like doing. I purchased a new Honda Civic from Matt and I couldn't have had a better experience. Matt thoroughly showed us all the features in our new vehicle. In fact, other dealers we had visited didn't even take the time out to find what we were looking for in a new car. He listened and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We worked out all pricing with as little back & forth as possible. We agreed on a price that I thought was fair to both us and the dealership. We weren't at the dealership for hours, which was a big worry for us having a 2 year old. My wife and I ended up driving home in our new Civic that day. A few days later we showed back up at the store for our inspection sticker. Mike in service was very friendly as well. They even went as far as to re-washing the vehicle and vacuuming out the inside before leaving. I really recommend this dealership and its staff, which is why I think the got the ratings they deserve. We look forward to our next visit, when our 2nd vehicles lease is closer to its turn in date. After comparing the Honda Odyssey to the Honda Pilot, I was leaning towards the Odyssey from a practical stand point but not sure if I was ready to be a minivan mom. Rick Riganese spent a lot of time explaining all of the options on the Odyssey, focused on my specific needs in a car and took me on the best test drive that I have ever had - got to experience the van on highway, back roads, turns, bumps and even got to practice parking. There was no pressure and no rush to get me in and out. Chris, the manager, made looking at my Accord trade painless and offered me a good value. The General Manager, Tom took the time to make sure that the payments would work and took a genuine interest in my purchase. Even signing all the paperwork was stress-free. Everyone was just so polite and professional. I love my new car and would recommend them to anyone! More
