Recently I decided to make the plunge and do my part as an eco-minded USA citizen. The car I have had for several years was a 2002 Chevy Prizm. This was the best experiance I could have imagined. I had brought my civic to my local dealer for a oil change and a tire rotation and had a bad experiance. They had told me my car would be done in a hour and after 90 minutes I asked what was going on and I found out they hadn't even started my oil change yet! My mother has been bringing her car to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for the last year or so and told me I should bring it in there next time and I am glad I did. Mike was very nice and made me feel comfortable. They also did not try to sell me things I think I did not need. I'm glad I took a extra ten minutes to drive to westborough. More

I was very apprehensive about car shopping because I have heard so many horror stories, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I stopped at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough.. I came in looking lost and confused, but from the second I stepped in I was being helped. The receptionist engaged in conversation with me to help me find a salesman, and shortly there after I was set up with Phil, and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful in helping me narrow down a car that was a good fit for ME, and even in my extremely indecisive moments he was understanding. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about me as a person and didn't look at me as just another sale to get out the door. I actually enjoyed my time spent at the dealership finding a car, and I did find one that I absolutely love for a price that I can afford. I was and am extremely satisfied with my Herb Chambers experience, I will definitely be going back for all my future car needs and referring my friends and family to this dealership :) More

I am recently divorced, I needed a new car and was a bit apprehensive and nervous about the nightmares I've heard regarding buying cars, my exhusband always purchased our vehicles. I noticed a business car apprehensive and nervous about the nightmares I've heard regarding buying cars, my exhusband always purchased our vehicles. I noticed a business card in the lobby of my loft building for Herb Chambers and decided to give them a shot. I researched the Crv online and decided this was the vehicle I wanted. I went in for a test drive and met Norman. I told him I only wanted to drive that day and that I wouldn't be buying anything until I finished my research. He assured me that this was no problem and offered to answer any questions I might have and brought me for a drive. Norman immediately made me feel at ease and certainly knew the Crv very well. When we arrived back to the dealer I explained I had to meet my brother for lunch and Norman thanked me for my time and gave me his credit card. After discussing my experience with my brother he suggested we go back after lunch and talk numbers. When we arrived back to Herb Chambers we sat down with Norman and he was able to offer me a lease option on the Crv with in my budget and today I picked up my new Crv and absolutely love it and very thankful I found that business card in our lobby. I will certainly recommend Norman and Herb Chambers to anyone I know looking for a new car. Thank you Norman for making my first car shopping experience such a pleasurable one! More

I was searching for an accessory for my crv. I tried another dealer first but was not able to locate the part for 2 wks. I was complaining to a friend who suggested Herb Chambers.
