Honda Westborough

My husband and I were shopping for a New (2009) Truck,my husband thought Toyota, we looked at several dealerships. I have a 2007 Honda Pilot (Herb Chambers Westboro) I love it. I suggested he look at the Honda Ridgeline, he was not familar with it, but we stopped at Herb Chambers Westboro again, and we were greeted by Andrew Bellamy, the friendliest and nicest salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We gave Andrew a run for his sale and thru the whole process he never stopped smiling, nor did his personality ever wane. We took the 2009 Honda Ridgeline for a test drive my husband really liked it, we decided after the drive if the final price was within our budget we were going to buy it. Hence, Andrew having to run, you no how that goes. We would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Andrew answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle and was very thorough. My husband has a 11 year old Ford P/U which is in rough shape from lack of use, because he has had a company vehicle for the last 11 years, due to a job lay-off last spring no more company vehicle. Now he drives to Boston everyday for his new job, and has been using a borrowed vehicle. So you see why we needed a vehicle that was going to be conducive to his travels. I have been using the service department in Westborough since I bought my vehicle, and have been very happy with the service. So I guess thats why I was leading my husband towards the purchase of a Honda. This was the best experiance I could have imagined. I had brought my civic to my local dealer for a oil change and a tire rotation and had a bad experiance. They had told me my car would be done in a hour and after 90 minutes I asked what was going on and I found out they hadn't even started my oil change yet! My mother has been bringing her car to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for the last year or so and told me I should bring it in there next time and I am glad I did. Mike was very nice and made me feel comfortable. They also did not try to sell me things I think I did not need. I'm glad I took a extra ten minutes to drive to westborough. More

I was very apprehensive about car shopping because I have heard so many horror stories, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I stopped at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough.. I came in looking lost and confused, but from the second I stepped in I was being helped. The receptionist engaged in conversation with me to help me find a salesman, and shortly there after I was set up with Phil, and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful in helping me narrow down a car that was a good fit for ME, and even in my extremely indecisive moments he was understanding. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about me as a person and didn't look at me as just another sale to get out the door. I actually enjoyed my time spent at the dealership finding a car, and I did find one that I absolutely love for a price that I can afford. I was and am extremely satisfied with my Herb Chambers experience, I will definitely be going back for all my future car needs and referring my friends and family to this dealership :) More
