I had been looking for a used odyssey for about a month. I finally found a odyssey I had liked online. When I called Honda of Westborough, Sarah said that the car I wanted wasn't at the dealership but if I I finally found a odyssey I had liked online. I asked if she could have it there by noon the next day. She said no problem and when I showed up the next day the car was waiting for me. Another thing I liked was that Herb Chambers has fixed prices on there pre-owned cars making it so I don't have to haggle. That good because that is the worst part about buying a car and there price was lower then the other dealers were posting for theres online. Rick the salesperson took the time to show me and my wife how the dvd player worked which no other salesperson offered to do at the other dealers we topped at. This was the best buying experiance I could have aaked for. More

We came to Herb Chambers after speaking with an internet sales person on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and suggested we come in to the dealership because we had not yet test driven the sales person on the phone. I have a 1997 Honda civic. The exhaust had been gving me some problems and making a funny vibrating noise. I took it there and they told me it wa just my heat shield and fixed in in lss then 30 min! Well I already hit a huge pot hole with my new car and blew the front tire right out. After nearly having a heart attack I called the dealership I purchased it from. The unfortunately didn't have the tire in stock but drove to go get it so I wouldn't have to drive on a spare. They had the tire on and everything else checked out in what seemed like no time at all. Mean while my sales person Norman offered me a cup of coffee and answered some last minute questions I had come up with in the short time I've had the vehicle. We initially worked with Sarah and Joshua through e-mail and phone calls and our initial impression of their service was exceptional. We had been in the process of looking for a car for a while and they exceeded anyones response time, prices and service. I ask lots of questions and they remained very patient! Once we got to the dealership the same standard of service continued when we met our salesman Rick Riganese. He was extremely knowledgable and walked us through every step of the process and applied no pressure. We went in there with the price discussed through e-mail, etc. and it there was no hassling or gimmicks that most consumers stress about when car shopping. We had our 3 year old son with us and even though we were there for a few hours the first and second day there was plenty to keep him entertained and anyone that came into contact with him would take time out to interact with him. Any parent shopping for a car with a young child knows how difficult the process could be. It was not difficult at all. Bob in finance was also very helpful and answered as many questions as we had as many times as we had them. Both Rick and Bob were happily willing to work with our scheudles and time frames for that day and the next day when we were coming back to finalize paper work. My husband and I were shopping for a New (2009) Truck,my husband thought Toyota, we looked at several dealerships. I have a 2007 Honda Pilot (Herb Chambers Westboro) I love it. I suggested he look at the Honda Ridgeline, he was not familar with it, but we stopped at Herb Chambers Westboro again, and we were greeted by Andrew Bellamy, the friendliest and nicest salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We gave Andrew a run for his sale and thru the whole process he never stopped smiling, nor did his personality ever wane. We took the 2009 Honda Ridgeline for a test drive my husband really liked it, we decided after the drive if the final price was within our budget we were going to buy it. Hence, Andrew having to run, you no how that goes. We would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Andrew answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle and was very thorough. My husband has a 11 year old Ford P/U which is in rough shape from lack of use, because he has had a company vehicle for the last 11 years, due to a job lay-off last spring no more company vehicle. Now he drives to Boston everyday for his new job, and has been using a borrowed vehicle. So you see why we needed a vehicle that was going to be conducive to his travels. I have been using the service department in Westborough since I bought my vehicle, and have been very happy with the service. So I guess thats why I was leading my husband towards the purchase of a Honda.
