He's a gentleman, friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to be sure we were happy, and that we understood the features and options on the vehicle even after the sale. We made a deposit and the car was ready for us the next day. I had that same experience with Jim about 15 months earlier when I was considering an Accord. So I was looking forward to coming back to Herb Chambers Westborough for this purchase. We also met the General Manager, Tom, who called himself a pragmatic conservative.
