I had a price on a 2010 Odyssey EX from other dealers along with the trade in price on my civic from other dealers. Sarahs price of the vehicle was a little more then what was quoted by other dealers- ho along with the trade in price on my civic from other dealers. Sarahs price of the vehicle was a little more then what was quoted by other dealers- however she cautioned me about other dealers possibly not having all fees included and she was right (which made their price the same)...she also cautioned me about other dealers taking me off the market when they dont even have the desired vehicle in stock...when I told her my quoted trade in amount she told me they could likely beat it by $1,000 as my car was good for their used car inventory and that they sell many civics to collge kids in the area which sounded good to me and worth the trip to Westborough. I was told they had the vehicle there. It was my day off and I had to make the trip with my two small children. I called ahead to make sure they would be ready to appraise my car and to ask for the 2010 odyssey EX to be ready to save time. When I arrived the Odyssey was not ready and they had to go get it- then they didnt have the EX- only an EXL- wasn't that what Sarah warned me about with other dealers? Then they appraised my civic and after a long process of waiting for the appraisal and waiting for the "final numbers" they came back with a quote on my trade in that was below what I had told Sarah I received from other dealers. (It was $1000 below other dealer).I was upset that they wasted my time and that the internet rep had me come out to westborough which was not an easy task with two small children. I was ready to buy the vehicle but felt conned into making the trip when I could have bought the same vehicle for same price with better trade in value. They claimed nothing I spoke to Sarah about was noted in the computer so they coudlnt verify my story- he said she said...I offered proof of my other trade in offers and they reluctantly agreed to match it. I guess what happened isnt that much different then other dealers but it was quite upsetting to me and I didnt buy the vehicle there and stayed closer to home. More

The experience was very positive (considering the circumstances) and the car was ready the same day. The staff was very prefessional, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. It is also worth mentioning that I felt they were very honest and did not try to charge me extra for unneccessary add-ons such as I have experienced in the past at other service centers. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone who values quality of work, price, and a knowlegable, professional staff. More

Phil the sales person made sure the car was ready when I came to pick it up which was later that day. I am so happy I gave Honda a try and I love my new accord! However my sales person said he could have his manager Chris call the other store it was at and have it brought there for me. The next day the car was there and it was excatly what I wanted. The deal was fair based on what I was seeing on KBB.com and I liked the fact that there "smart-price" system made it so I didn't have to haggle. Unfortunately I got there and things changed quickly, the car wasn't there, but a more expensive one was. I found Sarah through my online search and though the price wasn't as low as the other place had quoted she was upfront and honest with me. I took the drive out to Westborough and was happy I did. Tomorrow I will take delivery of my new Civic and w/o the hassel I went through with the other dealer. Thank you everyone at Westborough for showing me that all car dealers don't play games. More
