Absolutely astounded by the staff at Herb Chambers Honda. No obsticle too difficult to deal with, everything we asked we got answers. We were paired up with Ric Rignanese, it was like dealing with an old friend, even though we had just met, nothing was overlooked by this gentleman. Let me give you an example of the above and beyond service Ric gave us: I had decided to pick up the vehicle a day earlier than originally scheduled, in fact I picked it up minutes before the dealership closed. Rick had been there since early in the morning, but unexpectedly, there was his smiling face at the front door to great us at nearly 9 p.m. on a rainy friday night. I cannot express adaquately how I felt that this man had waited for us, to him, it wasn't the money...it was the customer and more so...the people. I will never buy a car from anywhere else but a Herb Chambers dealership and hopefully always from Ric. More
