Norm is by far the best salesperson I have every worked with. I have purchased five hondas now and this was the best experiance I have had to date. I love the car and even though it is a new model I feel like the deal I got was more then fair. Also I had spoken with sarah who works in the internet department before coming in. She told me that if I gave them a chance she would make sure I had the best buying experiance I ever had. She was right! Another nice thing was after Norm made the sale he didn't forget about me and took the time to go over the nav system. I think I might have asked him the same three questions at least five times but he took his time to make sure I knew how the vehicle worked. I have been bringing my 2007 civic in for service for a couple of years now and have always had great service. Lately I have had the itch to pick up something different. While in for service Norm, took the time to show me a new CR-V even though I told him I was not in the market. He did not seem to mind. It was a low pressure situation. Now I am a bit closer and plan on purchasing the vehicle from him later this week. I did of course make sure the pricing he gave me was fair and it turns out it happens to be just as low as any thing else I can find in the area. I do not like shopping for cars but the fact that he was up front and did not try to take advantage of me goes a long way. More

I am so impressed with the service of my slaes person Matt Dency at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. I had come in to take a look at a 2006 Honda accord last week and the vehicle was not at the deale Matt Dency at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. He told me no problem and had the vehicle brought in from another Herb Chambers store the next day. When I got to the dealership the car was outside cleaned and running for me. We went for a test drive and I just knew I wanted to have this car. Since there is set pricing on there used cars I did not have to worrys about argueing over the price. I did have a trade in and they accually gave me a little more for it then I thought they would to make me happy and get the deal done. I am glad I went back the second day. The whole experiance was pleasent and they went way above my expecations. More
