Rich was great! He was patient with me, he let me drive 2 CRV's and he went through each vehicle inside and out. He took me on a tour of the dealership which included the service area and the financing of 2 CRV's and he went through each vehicle inside and out. When I picked up the vehicle, he went through the operaton of the vehicle and showed me the cnveniences of the CRV. In all of my years of car shopping, Rich was the best salesman that I hv had!
