Last but not least, Lee was my sales associate, and I have never had a more positive experience with a salesperson. Lee is the exact opposite of the sleezy, stereotypical car salesman. He was very informative and professional, answering all my questions and telling me everything I needed to know about the car, without all the wheeling and dealing from someone who only wanted to make a sale. I really felt that he had my best interests at heart. He was always available to contact if I had additional questions. I could have gone to a closer Honda dealership, but I chose to buy my car from Herb Chambers in Westborough because of the dealerships I visited, they were the most committed to customer service and making sure my needs were met. I told her my requirements for a car and three days later she me with the exact and price I was looking for. The only reasons I didn't give them 5 stars across the board is 1)I asked the driver side windshield wiper be replaced and instead of replacing it, they only put in a refill blade. The refill didn't fix the problem - which they would have seen if they tested it. And, 2) When I test drove the car I was told it had a full set of keys, but when I picked up the car it only had 1 key. To their credit, the corrected both issues after I called them a few days later. So, 4 stars for quality and 5 stars for customer service for making it right. More

This is the second Honda we bought from this dealership but what really brought me back was Matt Dency. I felt both times like I got a fair deal and like he actually cared about what we were buying and why but what really brought me back was Matt Dency.
