A few month ago I purchased a used Ford Edge that I was unhappy with. I went to the Herb Chambers Honda dealership to just "look" at a car that might give me better gas mileage. I was greeted by Tom Kelly who took the time to show me the used cars that I inquired about. He never put pressure on me to look at brand new vehicles and was very patient with me. We test drove a 2008 2-Door Honda Accord. I liked the car very much. Tom proved that he was listening to my needs, as he reminded me that I spend an awful lot of time in my car, as I am in sales. He suggested that I consider that before making a purchase. As Tom and I went back into the dealership, a 2010 4-Door Accord V-6 caught my eye. Tom said it was his favorite in the showroom. It quickly became my favorite, too. 2 weeks later, I purchased the car. Tom handled everything professionaly and made certain that I got the deal I was looking for. My wife and I came to Herb Chambers of Westborough to look for a used car and compare prices to other cars we've seen. We were greeted by Yuri at the door. After a few minutes he came back with Sarah who is the internet sales manager and she said Camille was busy but Yuri could help. Yuri was very helpful and followed our wishes without pressuring us to buy. We asked to see both Hondas and Toyotas to compare. Yuri was very knowledgeable and gave us the info we needed. He also gave us time to think about it. One of the cars we drove seemed like a good deal and we decided to buy it. Yuri took care of everything including the trade in and even brought the car to our house. I would highly recommend him and in fact we asked to see his manager to tell him how impressed we were with the whole car buying process. More

Me and my father had been to a few dealerships looking to trade my car in for something more fuel efficient. We had planned on seeing what Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough had on their lot and nothing more trade my car in for something more fuel efficient. We had planned on seeing what Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough had on their lot and nothing more. That's when we met Rose. She was extremely kind and very personable. All she cared about was what we, the customers, wanted and nothing more than that. She helped us through the lot and helped me decide on which car I liked the most (more importantly which car I fit into as well). I ended up buying a leftover 2010 Civic Coupe on the showroom floor. I couldn't be happier with the car and it's gas mileage! Overall, this car buying experience was extremely no pressure and enjoyable. Herb Chambers is very lucky to have such an awesome employee! Both Mr. Kent and Mr. Lee made the shopping/buying experience a pleasure. It was my first expose to this dealership. I have purchased all my vehicles at Long Cadillac since the early eighties. I was shopping this time for my daughter and her family. I started the process on the internet and connected with Anthony. Upon arrival at the dealership that night Lee took over and it was clear he knew what he was talking about. The one negative I experienced had to do with the Sales Manager. After the purchased price and trade in value was agreed upon he tried to increase the bottom line purchase price $750.00 because I was paying cash and not using their finance company. I found that highly distasteful and if I wasn't their to buy a car for my daughter I would have left not to return. That said I cannot allow actions of the Sales Manager to impact the grading of Anthony and Lee. Both were great. More
