This was by far the best and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Rich was friendly, personable and professional right from the start. He did not come off as the "typical" car salesman that most people dread which is what kept me there. If he had been like that I think I would have just turned and left. I also felt he was honest and forthcoming with me about the different vehicles I was inquiring about. When it was time for me to pick up the car, everything was ready. All I had to do was sign the papers and get the keys. No waiting and no pressure to purchase any of the "extras".
