Overall a great experience with a few minor, but not unexpected, bumps during the process. Joe was exceptional and really went the extra mile when it came to taking care of us during, and even more sup unexpected, bumps during the process. Joe bent over backwards to work with my schedule and needs during delivery of the vehicle. The price was in line with other dealerships but I could only give it a rating of '4-Good' as I didn't feel it was worthy of a '5-Great' in comparison. I did fell that I received pretty good value for my money. The only caveat to this whole process was the finance department. There's something shady going on when they try to sell you an extended warranty under the premise of a falsely inflated monthly payment figure. Do your homework and have a good idea of what your monthly payment should be at varying interest rates. Needless to say I didn't opt for the extended warranty but I did receive a great interest rate. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. More
