Then, I purchased a used Honda Odessy mini van, not at Herb Chambers, and it needed some service about two years ago my local mechanic couldn't perform. I took it to Herb Chambers Honda in Westboro, and Tony was the service rep. I have not gone back to the local guy (who still does work on another vehicle of ours). The work just cannot compare to what HCHW does, and NO where have I received the customer service and attention as Tony provides. We purchased a warranty with our van, and Tony is quite adept at working with them to cover issues which arise. The suggestions are honest and trustworthy, the prices are fair and the follow up and follow through is spectacular. We have purchased an older, high mileage Civic for our teenage children to drive to school, and our first stop was Tony and the service crew. They have our loyal patronage for a long time to come. I visited Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to lease my first car (a new Civic). Yury Menaker, my sales rep, was extremely professional, and, more importantly, helpful throughout the process, from my initi first car (a new Civic). As my first vehicle lease/purchase of any kind, I was concerned that the process would be difficult and confusing, but Yury handled everything beautifully and made sure that I understood what was going on at each stage. He was always both courteous and completely candid in all of our conversations, while never being pushy or trying to force a decision, all of which made the entire process not only easier but more comfortable. Even when some complications arose with finalizing the lease, Yury handled the situation with ease and quickly produced solutions to the problem, with the result that I was still able to finalize everything and leave that day with car in hand. I did not have to worry about consulting the car manual before heading home, because Yury gave me a complete orientation to all of my car's features from the basic driving functions down to the stereo -- he even helped me set up the car's Bluetooth connection with my smartphone. He also followed up on several occasions over the next few weeks to make sure that my experience of actually owning/driving the car was completely satisfactory. Overall I was very impressed with Yury Menaker and walked away feeling completely confident in my decision to lease from this dealership, with which I am sure I will have a long relationship in the future.
