My past two service visits for my 2009 Honda CRV were handled by Tony Ngo. He was courteous and expeditious in processing my first maintenance request. Soon after he took the time to find me and bring me out to the garage to speak with the technician regarding my low brake pads. I expected a high pressure sales conversation but instead I had a unbiased conversation with the tech, then Tony described pricing options that would fit my budget and expectations. After I made my decision, Tony noticed my rear wiper blade, that I recently purchased, was still sitting unopened in the backseat. And right there he offered to show me how it was installed. Prices were discussed up front so I didn't have that sticker shock feeling on the way out the door. A few weeks ago, I brought my CRV in for air conditioning service and spoke again with Tony, who remembered my name. I explained my situation and asked if service bulletin 12-072 would apply. He offered a courtesy inspection to assess the situation. Shortly after, he found me and explained the inspection results at my table, not back at his desk. Later, I asked about their cleaning and detailing service. After explaining the options he asked if there was anything in particular I was concerned with. One item was a rub that a white car door had left on my daughter's side door a year ago. When my car was ready, Tony walked out with me and asked me to confirm that the A/C was working. I was then surprised to find that the white rub was also buffed out. This last visit reminded me of that old school mentality where a car dealership strives to build a relationship with their clients ensuring return business. I don’t know if this is still possible on the Sales side given how educated the customer base is, but I do know that on the Service side Tony is really picking up the slack. I feel that it is his attention to details, his active listening skills, and genuine concern that he brings to the job that has me not only coming back to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for excellent service, but has me waiting in line to speak with Tony. While I had an unpleasant experience at another dealership where I bought the car, I think I found a place I can trust here. More

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new service center. Honda dealerships have always been good to us, so we visited Herb Chambers in Westborough and they have been great! Tony has always been kind, honest, and professional, and the service received has always been quick and done correctly. I can sit in the waiting area (which is quite nice) with total peace of mind that my car is being taken care of. While dealerships in general can sometimes be more expensive than an independent mechanic, you get what you pay for - top notch service. We also bought a new CR-V last month. Rich was incredibly helpful and we love the car! More

Every time I went in for some sort of service to my Honda Civic he quickly helped me get whatever work I needed to be done on the car and always do. I have now either leased or purchased three cars through this dealership. Each time I worked with Rich Merlino on the sales side. I go back to Herb Chambers because I always have a very professional and hon this dealership. Each time I worked with Rich Merlino on the sales side. He is very knowledgable and since I am a sales and marketing professional myself I am appreciative of his respect of the customer and the overall experience that he provides. The last car I leased was for my teenage daughter which is nerve wracking enough in itself so having a pleasant experience certainly helped me with that process. The service department has always been excellent to deal with as well and I have worked with multiple people there. Their follow-up is also very thorough. Overall I have had a five star experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough over the last 5 years and not only would I recommend this dealership to others but I have already done so! More
