When I had to get a new car I was not looking forward to the task. However, when my husband and I met with Tom Kelley he helped to get us started without any pressure. It was a very good experience visiting Herb Chambers Honda. I was greeted by Tony who remembered me from previous visits and he took care of everything. Tony always greets me with a smile and a handshake. This was not my first service here. He always explains what the service is and the costs. If any other service is needed (eg. wiper blades), he notifies was not my first service here. He always explains what the service is and the costs. If any other service is needed (eg. wiper blades), he notifies me immediatel;y as to time and cost. It's a pleasure duing business with this dealer as apposed to others. As to the poor rating on service someone told Tony that the vehicle had "wheel locks" and needed the key. I did not recall needing a key on my prior visit. Upon research wirth my local mechanic, he stated that a 13/16 thinwall socket works just fine. I relayed this to Tony and asked him to put it in my records. I still have to return for the "B" maintenance. More

The overall experience at Herb Chambers Honda was a positive one. We had no option but to go there because our old car broke down in the middle of the road and out of state. Whether it has been regarding something as simple as an oil change or something more complicated like a timing belt issue, Tony has been able to work with me to figure out the most cost effective measures for the upkeep of my automobile while doing so in the most time efficient manner that fits with my schedule.
