I leased my first Minivan from Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and when it came time to upgrade I went back. My original salesperson had left and I met Yury Menaker. He was an incredible resource for me as I needed to maintain the budget I was on and based on the incredible deal I originally received that was not an easy task. As my budget was tight I felt that even getting close was impossible and had searched on line for other local deals. When I finally met with Yury (other options in hand) he was completely candid. He was genuinely concerned in meeting my budget and worked very hard to find a vehicle that would suite my needs. I never dreamed when I was going to meet with him that I would walk out of that meeting with a new Minivan but I did! He reached out to me on several occasions after the sale which was above an beyond. My lease comes up in February and you can bet the 1st place I will go is to Yury......and a safe bet that I will walk out with a new Honda! More

Tony always has made sure my Honda service needs were met, but he really went above and beyond for me in August 2013 when the Radio/Cassette/6-CD unit in my 10-year-old Honda died. I called to see if the dealership could put a new unit in for me. Tony told me that they could not obtain a unit easily for a car that old and if they could it likely would be very expensive. However, he told me about a Web site that sells recycled and aftermarket parts for many types of vehicles and suggested that might be an affordable alternative for me. If I could get the unit from this online site, then the Honda service staff could install it for me, Tony said. Tony also gave me a couple of important pieces of advice about making sure I received and recorded the serial number and radio code for the unit so that it could be activated in my car once it was installed. The online site had an affordable replacement unit for my car and I received it quickly. Several days later, I handed the unit and supporting documentation over to Tony and the Honda service staff removed the old unit and installed the new one in less than an hour. Tony always does a great job. On this particular occasion, we had just completed a service and a few days later, I noticed that the dipstick had not been placed back into the transmission. I called Tony, he had me bring our car back in and had a technician immediately inspect the transmission. They completed a full service on the transmission at no charge.
