We had a bit of a snafu with the license plates and again Anthony went well out of his way to ensure we were happy and satisfied. We were very grateful for Anthony's service and "can do" attitude. For price… we got a decent price on the vehicle but paid more for the accessories than we probably needed to. At that point, though, getting the package together and getting in our new vehicle was more important than getting the absolute lowest price though they did give us a break on a couple of items. We want to thank Anthony for all the hard work he put into getting us into our new vehicle! We are deeply appreciative of it. More

Even though I grew rather skeptical about the process, this was where I ultimately found the exact car I wanted and the exceptional salesperson. Amel Y's overall demeanor, his courtesy, respect, calm and patience were very comforting. Unlike many in his position i dealt with before, he never pressured me into anything, just provided the information and advice. In addition after the sale contract was already signed he took it upon himself to drive the new car to the neighboring state ( more than one hour each way)to complete formalities at Department of Motor Vehicles and swap my trade for a new car. Amel did everything to accommodate my time constrains, as I had to travel out of state the following day in my new car. He proved to be trustworthy and reliable, keeping me posted about the progress of delivery exactly as he promissed. Overwhelmed with all that was happening and running against time i did not even realized that i left my Ezpass behind when exchanging my trade-in for my new Pilot. That is until I got a phone call about 1 1/2 hour later from Amel who noticed the tag and promised to mail it. He overnighted it to me and followed up with a phone call about both - the package and the car. More

Francis was professional and knowledgeable when I was looking for a new Accord. He listened carefully to what my needs were and found several choices to consider. He made sure I understood all of the car's features during the test drive and even helped me set up the bluetooth connection to my iPhone before I took the car home that day. I was concerned that the snow tires from my old car might not fit, but they did some quick research for me and the did. I highly recommend Francis and Herb Chambers. This is the second Accord I've purchased from them and I plan on going back when I need another car. The dealership is clean and everyone is polite and helpful. More

However what happened today was not a good one. I drop off the car at 1.30pm for the appointment that was schedued 4 days ahead in advance with the request that I will need pickup and drop off. I drop off the car but had my wife in another car with the kids so I did not need a drop off but I did mention to the service rep that I willl need a pick up and a call prior to the pickup. Nobody calls till 4.30(the servicing was a one hr thing) so I call. The receptionist (Mia Williams) gets my name and tells me ``how sorry`` she was that nobody had called and she will be sending someone . Twenty minutes lates (live less than 5 minute drive from the dealership) I call again, the same receptionist tells me the shuttle had gone to a different address since there was a mix up as there was anotehr client with the same last name. Half an hour later I call again and she tells me the shuttle is on the way and might be filling gas or something else and again ``how sorry`` she was. Finally I drag my wife and three kids (one 2 month old) in the frigid cold and go pick up the car. THe other thing I found odd was that when I asked the service rep if there were any ``specials`` he said ``no`` but I was abe to google one that applied a $dollar discount to the transaction. The service rep asks me to get a print out so it can be applied (Why would I have to do so if I show him online whats being ofered) Last time I had requested a call prior to the pick up the shuttle showed up without prior notice and I had to get off the lawnmower direct into the shuttle. I hope the dealership can fix this issue and not get a bad reputation because of ineffeciency of a receptionist or service rep. As I said I still like their workman ship but not at the cost of frustration More

I have 2 Hondas I purchased at this dealership and have been using them for all my service. Not the lowest price but you get what you pay for and I don’t feel guilty pocketing an extra K-cup on the way ou been using them for all my service. He is cheerful and really hustles around. He consistently takes time to explain my service options before service and what they did afterwards. He happily had my Fit rewashed when my daughter was disappointed by the results the first time. If you have the chance - seek him out on your next service call. JWW More
After driving a practical, boring SUV for almost 10 years, I wanted to find a nice car that was comfortable and fun to drive. I looked at a wide range of cars and decided I wanted a Chevy Camaro. I scheduled a few test drives for used Camaros in the Framingham/Westborough area and checked out my options. They were all beautiful cars and drove amazingly well. But what sold me on the one I ultimately decided to buy was the friendly service and attentiveness of my salesman, Jon Belez, and the whole staff at Herb Chambers. It was a very busy time for the dealership, but Jon didn't rush me through the process and was extremely patient with my questions. The other dealerships I visited didn't even call to confirm my test drive appointment and pretty much ignored me when I showed up for my test drive. From start to finish, Jon was on top of the whole situation and made sure I was getting exactly the car I wanted and worked hard to get me the price I could afford. In fact, everyone at the dealership was very professional and kind, from the woman who scheduled my test drive to Jon in Sales to Ricardo in Financing/Warranties, the whole experience was so much better than the other dealerships that I couldn't imagine having to go through that whole process somewhere else. They made it really easy to buy one of my dream cars. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to anyone looking for a new or used car.
