He tenderly made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed such as beverages and he even offered ice cream to my children. Beyond that, through the entire shopping process he was very very patient. Even though I have bought many cars this was the first time I went alone for a purchase and he really made sure I understood the best car for my needs that also offered me the best overall value.There is so much David did right, and nothing he did wrong. Honda Odyssey Tail light Repait I had accidentally smashed my right tail light about a week ago in the afternoon. Since we were travelling out of state for the weekend, I wanted to g I had accidentally smashed my right tail light about a week ago in the afternoon. Since we were travelling out of state for the weekend, I wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible. I called Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, MA and spoke with the Parts Dept. They were extremely helpful and ordered the part right away and said that it would be delivered the next morning. Wow, that made me so relieved. I then made an appointment to bring the car in at 1:00. Tony Ngo wrote up the order and noticed that my inspection sticker was due to expire at the end of Mand arranged to have the inspection done after the tail light replacement. Fabulous! Everything was completed in an hour and a half. I was so pleased with this excellent service. More
