However, Tony did a great job right from the outset. He assured me that they would look everything over and make sure the car was safe (first priority), but do only what needed to be done. That was the end result. In fact, he suggested that I not spend money on a couple of things that I thought needed to be done. Tony made the whole process easy...as made an extra effort to meet me and personally review everything when I came back in to pick up the car. Thanks Tony... More
Exceptional Service - highly recommend I recently brought my 08 Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and maintenance, and Tony was my service advisor. He brought to my attention work that n I recently brought my 08 Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and maintenance, and Tony was my service advisor. He brought to my attention work that needed to be done, and went over the details of the service I needed and kept me updated on the progress. When I noticed a spot of oil in my driveway the next day after having my service done, I called Tony and he told me to bring my truck back in. It ended up being a pretty major problem. He brought me back into the garage, showed me the problem and had the mechanic that worked on vehicle there to explain and answer any questions. Even though it was explained to me that my problem was not related to the recent service of my truck - I was anxious and prepared to argue. He arranged for a rental car to be brought to me, at no cost, and told me not to worry. Tony assured me that he would talk to his Service Manager, order the part the next day, and let me know what was going on. I, of course, did worry that I would be stuck with a huge bill! I was amazed and thrilled when Tony called to tell me that my truck was all set and there was no charge! Tony was an exceptional service advisor that went above and beyond, he was professional and courteous and put me, the customer, first! I have the highest praise for the care and service I received and will happily continue to have my Honda serviced at Herb Chambers Honda. Thank you Tony! More

Last week I brought it in for a problem with the air conditioning. (NO A/C!). Tony Ngo found an extended warranty on the A/C unit so it did not cost me a penny to fix. He also covered the cost of a rental car. Kudos to Tony! Always a pleasure dealing with him. More
