He was pretty patient because we spent a good deal of time looking at the cars to learn all the features. He also found some good options for slightly option cars that would have worked too. Honestly, I thought I was going to go test drive a couple cars, and send my wife to go buy the car for me once I picked one to get a good price. But the no-pressure attitude and respect he gave me made me as comfortable as one can be when making such a big choice. When I went back, the manager did haggle with me a bit over the price, but it was very friendly haggling and I came out with a great deal. Once the deal was made, Rich bent over backwards to deliver the car and make the experience good for us , showing us how to use all the features of the car that my old car didn't have. Rich is pleasant to work with and a good person, so if he helps you buy a car, he'll take good care of you. More

I had to trade in my standard shift Accord EX (which I bought from Herb Chambers in 2008) for an automatic due to physical changes in my knees. Ian patiently went through various options, lobbied for me with management (he really did) and put me into a Accord Sport CVT. Great car, great deal, great service. Thanks, Ian. More

I have been servicing my Honda Odyssey and 1998 Civic since two year Tony is a professional in this field. He gives excellent service to his clients . I have been servicing my Honda Odyssey and 1998 Civic since two years and he gives professional advice by pointing out to me the repairs that are safety issue and advises me to take care of them first. He also gives professional advice on how to get the best service without spending all your savings. He gives everybody the same attention irrespective of anything and he is so hardworking, always multi tasking and listens to all your questions and answers them wisely. He is always busy attending to one client or the other that at times I wonder if he has time to go for lunch.. I always bring my car to this dealership because Tony takes his time to assign it to be test driven so that the actual fault can be detected before repairs. Anytime I drive my car after it goes in for service, I feel like I am driving a brand new car due to the excellent service it received. My 1998 Civic is so reliable and runs faster than most cars after it was serviced at this dealership with Tony's supervision. I have never regretted spending money for servicing my car at this dealership because I have always got value for the money I spent. All kudos to Tony.
