overall very nice people! i brought my car in because of transmission problems, and they checked out my car without charge and found the problem. i had them hold onto to the ca i brought my car in because of transmission problems, and they checked out my car without charge and found the problem. i had them hold onto to the car and work with a warentee compony to get the car fixed. unfortunately the car never got fixed. but everyone in service worked well with me, kept me updated on everything, and returned my cars. i also had my car in for an oil change that was very quick! although i asked for them not to give me a car wash, and they still did. i lost half a sticker i just put on. but overall, van, who worked with me, did very good! 5 stars for sure. Everyone from the sales staff to the repair staff at this dealership is wonderful, especially Francis Seblon. When I test drove my 2015 Honda CRV Francis was sure to show me every feature that was on my new car. Being a hands on learner he had me actually learn my car before I even decided to lease it. When I picked up my car I knew everything about it. I can say that has never happened to me before! My daughter and grand daughter came with me on my 2nd visit to the store. My daughter is sold on Herbs way of customer service. Her next car purchase will be from Francis at Honda of Westborough because she wants that kind of customer service. The dealership has a clean play room for children and offers ice cream snacks which my 3 year old grand daughter loved! Herb should be very proud of the staff that he has at this store. They make buying/leasing a car the best experience ever! More

Everything went smooth with Brian, and the sale was finalized and I left happy. One area that I found could improve on, is the optional equipment, I purchased sioniz and LoJack, the first was done by time of delivery. However, the latter, LoJack, still hasn't been installed or have I been followed up on, I'm sure it will get installed, I'm trying to follow up with them on that. Just a minor hiccup, that I hope it gets resolved soon. Besides that, great experience, and very professional, shout out to Brian. More

Most recently, I worked with sales consultant Chris Cormier, sales manager Gregg Vitello and finance consultant Toan Lam. Chris, Toan and Gregg made this purchasing experience a pleasure. I can truly say Gregg works with you with your best interest at heart. Chris was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and organized. Toan was most efficient and had all the paperwork ready to go when I met with him. I truly appreciate the professionalism and excellent customer service I receive from everyone at this dealership. With all the bad experienced we had in the pass, we came prepared. when we sat down and told David that we only have half hour, he then started asking what we are looking for. We told him exactly the make, model, color and most importantly the price. Surprisingly, the process went quicker than we thought. Since there was a lot of paper works to sign, we had to come back that night to finish the transaction. We were very happy dealing with David. Very pleasant to talk to. We felt like we were talking to a friend.The next morning David told us that the car is registered. He came to work that day, on his day off, just to personally deliver the car to me. He is the kindest and very knowledgeable car salesperson I have ever met. He showed me everything I need to know on how to operate the vehicle. Especially the complicated such as bluetooth, camera, audio, etc. Also he made sure that I did not leave and forget anything from my old car. I never had this kind of experience before in my life. what a great service. More

He was friendly, not overwhelming, very knowledgeable about the product line, and able to meet our financial requirements. I drove off with a 2012 CRV-EXL with low mileage. He worked with us and I am extremely happy with our car buying experience. We will definitely return with our family members and friends. The fiance guy, Toan Lam was also very helpful. More

However, I really feel that Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough (and Herb Chambers in General) really has gone above and beyond and deserves recognition. I purchased a brand new 2015 Civic a few weeks ago, and the entire experience has been great! I did have a couple of issues (all of which were because of myself, not the dealer) First, our salesman Anthony was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the car, he was SUPER friendly, and really did everything in his power to ensure that I was a happy customer. I got a deal that I was happy with on my new car, and was able to drive it off the lot the same day as signing the paperwork! From here, is where (my) list of errors began, that the Herb Chambers group did everything in their power to ensure I left a happy customer. I accidentally left my EZ-Pass transponder in my old car that I traded in. It took me a couple of days to notice my mistake. I called Anthony, and he tracked down my old car (which was on its way to auction), and got the transponder returned. Awesome service!! Before I even got to fill the gas tank for the first time, I managed to mess up my brand new car backing out of a spot. Sparing the details I broke the front bumper cover slightly, tearing a bolt and 2 pins holding the bumper cover on. Obviously I was completely beside myself, as I just messed up my BRAND NEW CAR that didnt even have 300 mils on it yet! OH NO!!! But yet again, Herb Chambers to the rescue! I brought the car immediately to the Herb Chambers Body Shop in Ashland, MA to get a quote for a repair. I told the tech my story about how this is a brand new car... He took my keys from me at that moment, and pulled the car around back, asking me to wait a few mins. 15 Mins later he pulled my car up being completely fixed! He had to do a slight patch-job, but my bumper looks like brand new without a scratch on it! I asked him what I owed him, and he said NOTHING!! I coudlnt have been happier! I wasnt looking for anything free, but once again, Herb Chambers went above and beyond to make me happy! Lastly, I had a mis-understanding as to the functionality of the after-market car starter I had installed as part of the purchase deal. The manual for the car-starter said that by default, the parking lights would remain on when the car was remote started, making it easy to tell if the car way running from a distance. Apparently this feature was not supported on my particular car. Within minutes of learning this information, my salesman Anthony just happened to call me to follow up to ensure I was happy with everything. He had no idea the issue with the starter was even occurring. I explained to him that I was a little upset over the car starter issue. Anthony apologized immediately and said he would talk to his manager, as they want to do everything possible to make me a happy customer. I got a call a couple hours later from the service department that my car was ready to pick up, and they managed to add some wiring that got the parking lights to remain on when the remote start was on. So even though the feature was not part of the starter, they made it work. Again... No charge. I used to avoid the Herb Chambers brand because of a service issue I had with my Toyota (years and years ago). But I have to say they completely changed my opinion, and I would recommend this dealer to anyone!! More

Hondas finance manager was awesome Adam Tremblay was outstanding making everything come together. I would also like to thank Chris Cormier for his specatacular sales skills, I would recommend anyone in the market of buying a car to see Chris Cormier and Adam Tremblay for their excellent sales strategies.
