They were patient and respectful as my one-year-old daughter took over the appointments. Pierre and Matt were a pleasure to work with and I would send anyone looking for a Honda to visit. From our first meeting with David Yang, we knew that this was the dealership we would stay with, even though it was not the most convenient for us to get to. David was on top of everything throughout the entire process - never pushy, all the information at his fingertips and always anticipating our next question. From the moment we made our decision, everything happened so fast, and seemingly effortlessly on our part. David found us exactly the model and color Odyssey we wanted. He then worked with his sales manager to get us what we considered to be a very fair price. When Ricardo, the sales manager, discovered that Honda couldn't beat the rate our credit union was offering, he went to the effort of contacting our credit union (who happened to be one of their finance partners) and setting up the financing through them at the best possible rate. David made the arrangements with our insurance company to get the car registered, and we had a new car! David's friendly manner and professionalism made the whole process a pleasure, and when he was busy with another client, Dexter assisted us in his quietly friendly way. Ricardo, likewise, was friendly and very efficient. He definitely went the extra mile to make it all come together. From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience we have had. More

Not only did he help me that day, but patiently answered all my questions and concerns over the next 3 days as I made my long, drawn out decision and flip-flopped 100 times. After my decision, Ricardo took over for the financing, and he worked very hard for me. He stayed in constant contact with me, shopped for the best rate, and did it all quickly. These guys are great and work as a team - one I'll definitely be recommending in the future. Thanks to both of you!!!!!! More

I worked with Brittany Bender through email to negotiate the price, Brittany was excellent and beat the best price I received at that point. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with Jim Sweeney who is the best salesperson I have ever worked with and is a great person. Jim worked with me on my trade, which I got an excellent trade value for, and got the deal done to my satisfaction in a very short period of time. Adam Tremblay was the finance director who got me financed and he got the numbers perfect without me having to correct anything which was new for me. I purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Pilot LX and after less than two days of ownership I found a paint issue that happened at the factory that I did not see when I inspected the car. I was sent to Herb Chambers Auto Collision of Ashland and worked with Tina Tran and her manager who was honest and explained to me the amount of repainting that would be involved to fix the defect, which was more than I wanted to do, and explained that the defect was an unusual one they had not seen before. I contacted Honda of America and they refused to do a buy back or car swap which I requested since I did not want a new car with a paint defect that would require what I consider extensive paint repair they refused to do anymore than the respray under warranty. I explained to the dealership that I preferred the car to be swapped and Matt Dency who is the sales manager of Herb Chambers of Westborough swapped the Pilot LX with the defective paint with a brand new one with no unusual paint defects. Jim Sweeney came in on his day off to help facilitate the swap. This dealer did the honorable thing by me and I will go back to them for all future Honda purchases. In the end I got a great deal and met some fantastic people who care about their customers and are empowered to make things right when they go wrong. More

When I stopped in on his day off to show someone the car I was probably buying, he came in on his day off to assist me. He made the buying process easy and pleasant, even letting my daughter check out cars she had been researching. I would recommend Pierre and Herb Chambers Westborough. More

I had been in the competitive dealer and was not impressed with my salesperson or the quality/price of the Honda Pilots. They had a ton to choose from but were all moderate quality. I happened to look online at Herb Chambers. Immediately I was impressed with the quality of the vehicles they had on hand. I visited the Dealership the next day and dealt with Pierre. The next day I brought my husband and purchased our used 2009 Pilot. Pierre was really awesome to deal with. Very personable and honest. Our financing person (Adam) was also very professional and nice. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car from Herb Chambers and Pierre. More
Absolutely pleasant and kind! I had been searching for 2-months for an SUV that I wanted to purchase. I am from Rhode Island so there are many dealers that I had to choose from. I finally decided after driving and researching my options that I wanted a Honda Pilot. I wanted a 2015, Obsidian Blue, Honda Pilot.....loaded. This is a car I am going into my retirement with..so I wanted it to last and I wanted what I wanted. Searched 2-Honda dealers in Rhode Island...pitiful! I am not going to mention any names but they were liars. They both told me there was "no obsidian blue Honda Pilots to be found as far as New York". I was told I am going to have to settle for another color. Very unhappy. My husband was at home and he went on line and looked up where he could find one. Westborough Honda had 2 in Obsidian Blue! I called them and they verified that there were in fact 2-there and I was welcome to come up and take a peek. I was so excited! The car was waiting for me in front of the showroom, running, heated and so were the seats. I met with David Yang and Ricardo DeOliveira, wonderful - we walked in told them what we wanted, the price, I was shocked that they beat the Rhode Island prices and had my car! I am so pleased with this dealership, it doesn't matter that I probably could have had the car shipped to the Seekonk address for Herb Chambers, it was worth the drive and I would do it again and again! Thank you to both of you for making what started as the most unpleasant experience, a wonderful one with an extremely happy ending! I have recommended you to all I know and will continue to do so! Herb Chambers took my Car for service and destroyed it After I get the Airbag recall fixed at this dealership my SRS light keeps on coming on randomly. Finally it came on solid so took in car. I was told t After I get the Airbag recall fixed at this dealership my SRS light keeps on coming on randomly. Finally it came on solid so took in car. I was told that the Airbag Sensor is faulty also I need new Bushings and Right Axle. The Airbag Sensor was replaced and the Bushing was replaced. Axle was not in stock and was ordered. No one calls me when the axle arrives even though I was charged for the part. When I called I was told the axle had arrived and they will schedule service. After 5 hrs the vehicle was fixed. First time I go with the car on highway after the repair the whole car starts shuddering. RPM stuck at 5K. Speed not increasing. Took the vehicle back in but the advisor says they are busy and gives me a appointment 3 days later. When asked for a loaner he says he doesnt have any. Took the car to 2 other mechanincs all tell me that When Honda installed the axle they have caused damage to the Transmission. Please stay away from this dealership they suck the money out of your pocket. on top of that provide very poor service. The Service Advisors keep on changing every few months. More
