Yury Menaker for the second time in four years helped me find the exact car I was looking for and at a price that pleased my wallet. He listened, asked questions, demonstrated the car’s features through a test drive then when we were both sure this was the car for me, led me through the paperwork needed to complete the purchase resulting in a fantastic deal. Yury is a true gentleman, knowledgable of both his product and his customer. Another point worth mentioning is the way the entire Herb Chambers staff works together for the customer. Adam, the business manager checking to be sure he found the best rate for me, Jimmy Sweeney, another sales rep. recognizing me waiting in line for my inspection sticker and automatically retrieving my new registration and bringing it to my car expediting the process and Ralph the service greeter who kept me up to date on the time and procedure being done. Herb Chambers Honda in Westboro certainly receives kudos from me for recognizing that it is the people behind the product that makes a great company. David Yang and is the definition of EXCELLENCE This is my first car buying experience, and over the years I've heard rumors about all the negatives (i.e. pushy salesman etc.), however Mr. Yang and This is my first car buying experience, and over the years I've heard rumors about all the negatives (i.e. pushy salesman etc.), however Mr. Yang and Herb Chambers dispelled all those myths! I first decided to lease a car in early March, but was unable to follow through due to some other obligations. Mr. Yang was very understanding at that point, informed me of all my options and we kept in touch. When I returned this month, it was the most pleasant and seamless purchasing experiencing I've had in my life! First and foremost Mr. Yang is VERY knowledgeable about the products he sells, and just has the perfect way of matching your needs with the best automobile. In addition his demeanor and personality is top notch. With Mr. Yang you feel that your talking to a colleague/friend and there is no hint of pressure at all. David Yang - Courteous Professional; Excellent Teacher!! Our daughter very recently moved to Worcester from Maui and her prior experience there with Honda prompted her to want to purchase another Honda. My wife had purchased her Honda Civic from Herb Chambers in Westborough, so of course we brought her there. We were introduced to David Yang. David is the epitome of Professionalism. From the start he was interested in our daughter's selection of a 2015 CR-V, pointing out all of the vehicles excellent features including safety, ease of handling, and driver friendly extras. Throughout our discussions, he was very courteous and focused on each of our questions and was very direct and to the point with his answers. We went for a test drive and David became an excellent teacher, taking time to go over each important detail, pausing to direct our attention to features that were not familiar to us. When we returned back to his desk and an agreement was reached, David took care of everything for us and the very next day our daughter was able to pick up her new Honda CR-V. Again, David brought us to the car and instructed each of us on each of the following - safety, ease of handling, and driver friendly features. Our daughter also received a followup call from David the very next day (which was actually on his day off from work) to determine if she had any further questions or concerns about the car. So, amazingly our daughter was able to make her purchase on one day and drive away with her new CR-V the very next day! All because of the courteous Professionalism of David Yang and of course, Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. More
Love my new Pilot I bought a 2015 Honda Pilot SE from Pierre. He was great to deal with and not pushy at all. I was so happy w/ my deal, I sent my brother to them and I bought a 2015 Honda Pilot SE from Pierre. He was great to deal with and not pushy at all. Prejudged and poor attitude This was my second time visiting this dealership, I went to this dealership last year to buy a odyssey, after I walked in I searched for a sales perso This was my second time visiting this dealership, I went to this dealership last year to buy a odyssey, after I walked in I searched for a sales person who was gosling with another sales and he was sort of upset that I approached him.. Huh? I asked him to show me a new odyssey, he said he would look around for 1 and be right back, after 1/2 hour I decided to walk out. My recent visit to this so called largest volume dealer of New England was not any better... I walked in with family, we saw a receptionist with no smile or greeting asked us " what can we help you with?" We told her we need a car, she called a sales person. Sales person came and looked kind of upset but still doing his job( I felt prejudging), barely shook hand and asked us a reason for visit and do we have appointment? I told him no but we would like to see this car and we don't need to test drive this car-- his attitude got worst at that point and asked why do want to see this car? Excuse me? I think people just don't walk into a dealership with family and say we are going to give this sales person a hard time!!! If you have a customer, do your best to sell them a car... So he finally shows us the car and we liked the car, we go back in the dealership and I asked him about what's the price of the car we looked at? He replied with a number $$$, I said , yeah I know that's MSRP and no one buys cars at MSRP... Sales person- ok let me ask my manager and comes back with his best offer! This offer was $2000 more than my research through out Boston market and this offer was $1800 more than their internet sales department. Once I told him that he is asking for lot of money, he goes the true price for this car is in truecar.com ... Oh really??? I guess people should close their eyes and believe what he has to say!!! Never even saw a manager Nice try ... I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but I do recommend you guys to improve your service and be fair to your customers!!! Change your attitude and do not prejudge any customer. If the sales person had a positive attitude towards us... I wouldn't have waisted my time to write this big of a comment. More

My daughter had purchased a Honda Oydessy from David Yang so when it came time for me to look into a new car we headed right back to the same dealersh My daughter had purchased a Honda Oydessy from David Yang so when it came time for me to look into a new car we headed right back to the same dealership. We were very fortunate David Yang was still working at the dealership. We had a great experience from start to finish. On our first visit we looked at a 2015 CR-V. David was extremely informative about all aspects of the car from standard features in each model to options. On our second visit we test drove the car and then got to the payment options. Again David was thorough and did the best for us. We are now driving our new car and can't rave enough as to how David made it a pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend David to anyone looking into a new car or used by Honda, Thanks to all from your friendly receptionist to the manager which we finalized our paper work. More
