He is really nice and helpful. I test drove a black one and made a decision on this car immediately. But two days later when I was going to pay the bill, I changed my mind. I chose a red one. I understood that this is annoying, but David did not make any complain on this change. He also recommended me some additions on the car, such as the tire warranty, LoJack...etc. He told me the pros and cons on those additions, and made me feel that he was not asking me to buy those things. Herb Chambers Honda is one of the biggest car store here in the Massachusetts, and I believe that David Yang is the best dealer. I felt very conformable to work with him, and I appreciate that he gave a very great experience to get my first vehicle. More

Great car shopping experience. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted. I was greeted by salesman David Yang. There was absolutely no pressure by David or anyone else to make a deal right away. David just said he would be available if I had any questions. I decided on the new car and made a deal. David was very pleasant throughout the whole experience and he was very knowledgeable about the car. Upon delivery, David walked me through the features of the car and followed up a few days later to see how I liked it. I absolutely love the car. I have bought many cars in my life and this was the best experience I have had. More

Our Salesman David Yang was the best salesman I've ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He was extremely knowledgable about the pilot and was patient when answering all of our questions. He worked very hard to get our deal done. When we picked up our pilot, he took the time to go over the suv to explain all of the latest technology. David quickly responded to any question we had by email while we waited for our pilot to arrive. In the finance office, Ricardo spent the time to explain all of our options and found us the best loan to suit our needs. Jim Sweeney was also a great help with helping David close our deal. Would highly reccomend Herb Chambers and be sure to ask for David Yang. You won't be dissapointed! More

I had no interest in making a casual visit and asking questions. I needed my info up front to find who'd give me the best price. The team kept their word to what I was quoted, weren't pushy, didn't try to hose me into anything I didn't ask for. Helped me get in and out quick. They were funny, down to earth.. no fake " salesman" stories.. or trying to find a reason to relate to me to make me feel comfortable to get me to buy. Most of our decision was based on the service we received from Pierre Ladkani, our Sales & Leasing Consultant. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt no pressure and no typical "sales pitch". He was concerned about our car needs and was knowledgeable about the vehicle features. When we asked to take a test drive, he even allowed us to take the vehicle without him (even though this was against protocol) so that we could discuss our opinions freely with out feeling awkward. Our experience with Pierre was a significant determining factor in our decision to purchase with Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and we plan to return in the future. Also of mention was our Finance Director, Adam Tremblay, who took extra time (late in the evening) to ensure we had the best coverage for our new car and worked with our budget. Overall, we are very satisfied and very likely to recommend this particular dealership to others. More

I received quotes from multiple dealers near & far to my location after a couple other dealership visits, I received an excellent quote for the exact car I was looking for with all the minute details covered from Lindsey Mastromattero which prompted my visit to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. There I met with a fabulous salesperson Mr. Matthew Strong who was patient & professional to work with me for my vehicle needs. After a few minutes talking to him and viewing the car of my choice I was confident to make a decision to get the car from there. Then we started negotiating the price and my trade-in. Matt was courteous enough to make the numerous back & forth with his manager to get me the car for an agreeable price and without wasting much time I signed up for it. Matthew was very professional and thorough with his job to sell the car with utmost satisfaction on both ends of the business. He also got me a very good price on my trade-in. Then I met with Ricardo Oliviera for my financing needs and within minutes we were ready to make the deal. It was a wonderful car buying experience from here. I had my first hand experience with their service department for getting my accessories installed on the car and I am not sure why there is so much critique about this department, my experience with them was just plain professional, they explained to me what it takes to get all the accessories installed and met those goals in a timely fashion. Mr Randy went above and beyond to meet my needs and delivered the car on time and as promised. I had a very positive and fun experience with this dealership and I would definitely return to this dealership in future. Keep up the good work guys!! More
