Need radio code I know my situation was not earth shaking but this morning I went to your Westborough branch because I needed a code to get my radio and clock working I know my situation was not earth shaking but this morning I went to your Westborough branch because I needed a code to get my radio and clock working. First before I went to the dealership the service department tried to help me with the situation. When we weren't having any success they suggested I bring it in. i was met at the door by a man named John who was very professional and said they would take care of it for me. Talk about quick service...20 minutes. I have a 2009 CRV and have not had any mechanical problems. In the future when I plan to purchase a new car you are right at the top of the list. Exceptional car buying experience Last week I purchsed my 2014 Honda Pilot at Herb Chambers in Westborough & it could not have been a more pleasant experience from beginning to end. ( Last week I purchsed my 2014 Honda Pilot at Herb Chambers in Westborough & it could not have been a more pleasant experience from beginning to end. (My LAST experience buying a car was beyond horrific at Harr in Worcester & I wouldn't send my worst enemy there!) I went to Herb Chambers for a specific vehicle I had seen on-line. I had been looking for quite a long time, so I knew EXACTLY what features I wanted & this particular Pilot was PERFECT! When I walked in, I was fortunate to meet two salesmen-Mark & Thom Toth. Both were extremely polite, easy going & helpful. The vehicle I came to buy was in Seekonk, so I test drove another Pilot & still knew I wanted the vehicle I came in for. The team in Westboro arranged for its transfer quickly (Many thanks to Kyle, who handles Herb's used cars & expedited this process!) & when I drove it, Thom patiently walked me through all the features. The exceptional thing about this experience was that nobody made me feel pressured or rushed the entire time. And that truly meant more to me than I can express, after having dealt with Harr's lies & B.S! Thom came in on his day off to accomodate my schedule, which I appreciated very much. Thom also quickly arranged for an extra key I had requested & special plates, too. Adam helped with financing but didn't "push" the "extras". He carefully explained them & answered my questions, but I didn't experience any over the top sales tactics. He helped determine what was best for me. By the end of the week I was in my new car..... And I couldn't be any happier! Thank you Thom, Mark, Kyle & Adam for an exceptional experience. I would certainly recommend you to anyone & want Mr.Chambers to know he has an amazing staff! More

Fantastic Experience I walked in needing a vehicle, but unsure of what I wanted. They listened to my needs, showed me a few different body styles and when I narrowed it do I walked in needing a vehicle, but unsure of what I wanted. They listened to my needs, showed me a few different body styles and when I narrowed it down to "the one", they showed me all of the available models. There was no hard sell, only support for my choice. I stayed in my old car for far too long, mostly because I was dreading the buying experience - was I ever wrong. Herb Chambers Honda was wonderful, and David, Jim and Toan were fantastic. I have already recommended then to quite a few people. More

Matt is the epitome of what a TRUE car sales man should be - he is responsible, honest and he actually cares about the experience a customer receives. He called me after I received my car to make sure I was enjoying my new car and that everything was working perfectly. I remember purchasing a car in 2010 at Bernardi Honda and I can tell you, I have been to Lundgren Honda as well and the car buying experience is NO where close to what is experienced at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. I would go again and again and again. I have certainly told all my family and friends that this is the place to go and Matt his the person to go to. Camille from the Internet team, Twan and Ricardo from Finance were great also. Camille is absolutely wonderful!!!!! Matt, you will definitely be seeing me again - I would certainly repeat the car buying process as long as I am paired with a sales man such as yourself - keep up the GREAT work. More

Car purchased was sold twice. I was not going to write a review but thought this was worth sharing. I brought my Niece in to buy a used Honda CRV. She purchased and gave a deposit I was not going to write a review but thought this was worth sharing. I brought my Niece in to buy a used Honda CRV. She purchased and gave a deposit on a 2011 CRV but she had to wait for the title to come in. We were told it would take about three weeks. Three days before she was to pick up her car, she was told the car was sold to someone else 4 days after she had purchased the car. Kyle is the used car manager that allowed this to happen. When we came in to the dealership he didn't take the time to talk to us about what had occured. Very poor customer service. However our salesman Rich Merlino did a very good job of making sure my Niece received another vehicle, (a better one) but we had to wait again for the title to come in. Purchasing a new vehicle is stressful enough without this sort of thing happening. You expect that when you put a deposit on a vehicle, the vehicle is yours. There were other problems with the whole transaction but too much to write about. Thanks to Rich for caring enough to make things right. More
