I spoke with Matt in Service ahead of time about the problem my car was having and found he was very knowledgeable about this problem and that they needed the car overnight so they could hear the problem when cold in the morning. Matt followed up with me during the process keeping me informed and the car problem was fixed. Thanks again to Matt and the technician who did the repair! More
Awsome Experience working with Eric Stolberg Wow! I could not forget Eric's help on getting the car my family love very much now. In the beginning, I planned to buy Honda CRV 2007, but it was Wow! I could not forget Eric's help on getting the car my family love very much now. In the beginning, I planned to buy Honda CRV 2007, but it was on customer test drive when I arrived there. And Eric kept updating me if I would have the chance testing it with very sincere attitude like a neighbor who has already lived next to you for a decade. As you can imagine the end of Honda car's story- Sold. And then I changed my attention to my current car- 2007 Ford Wagon which many people wrote excellent comments on. And Eric let me did test driving for a long distance. In that period of time, Eric answered all my questions with the same attitude like what I met him in the morning. After detailed description of the car, which make me feel very comfortable, I decided to buy it. The whole experience is like buying a car from a friend you knew long time ago. Not only wasn't the issue fixed it turns out it needs over $1,000 in work. They had to keep it overnight to tell me this!? Not the first time I've had an issue with the service department but it will be the last. I WON'T BE BACK FOR REPAIRS OR A NEW CAR. More

Great experience working with Rich Merino We bought a Honda Odyssey several years back from Rich Merino and were very happy with the car and our salesman. When it was time to trade in the Odyssey, we went right back to Rich. Unfortunately they did not have a used car on the lot that we were looking for. Rich didn't try to push us to be something we did not want. He did some searching and found one at another Herb Chambers dealership and we ended up purchasing there. Don't even have time to talk on the phone I have used their service multiple times, but never been delighted. I would call them more in the acceptable range. My car is due for service, and decided to call them this morning. First of all, getting to the service department to make an appointment itself was longer than 8 minutes. Finally, when I did get to a service adviser, he told me that he does not have time to keep answering my questions, and stay on the phone. This is after him knowing that I am looking to do work that would cost ~$500, and he does not have time to talk to me. As for the quality of their past work, it has been average. More
