Smooth, friendly, and hospitable I spoke with Abby as soon as I walked in who was nice and friendly. During that time, I was able to grab some free drinks and food while watching TV (reading materials were also available). The place was also clean. I came in with my own financing already in place, but Toan in the finance department was able to find me a rate almost 2% lower! Toan was great, made sure to explain everything and he had no problem when I declined most of the extras. I also have to give credit to Camille E. who did a nice job handling all my concerns and questions before I even came into the dealership. The car was ready for me the next day, including the inspection and registration... the whole thing could not have been any easier... no games, no pressure, just good people! More
