My CRV ended up needing new tires which I did buy from them - after doing some research online, they were the least expensive of all! I Was told the shop was behind about 30 to 45 minutes and would I mind the extra wait, I I want to say Thank You for a wonderful customer experience. I Was told the shop was behind about 30 to 45 minutes and would I mind the extra wait, I understand, these things happen. Only waited 90 Minutes for a B1 Service which should take about 90 minutes. After I get my car back, I find your service staff vacuumed the interior and cleaned my windows. WOW, Excellent customer service, will definitely be coming back. More
Abby was amazing Abby went above and beyond for me. My car had been jumped earlier in the day and the battery died for a second time. I was around the corner from the Abby went above and beyond for me. My car had been jumped earlier in the day and the battery died for a second time. I was around the corner from the dealership and she was able to send someone to jump the car again so I didn't have to tow. She set me up with a rental and tommy surprise my car was ready before I returned home. I got a new battery and the car is running great. Thank you Abby! More

After 40 minutes nobody had co e to find me and I lingered by the mans desk until he finally came out of some door and looked once again shocked to see me and told me my car had been done for a while. Needless to say, I was not on time to the appointment I had booked months in advance. More
