Quick and Easy Johnny Tang was quick and efficient with no-nonsense. I visited nearly a dozen dealerships in search for the perfect car so I have run the whole gamut Johnny Tang was quick and efficient with no-nonsense. I visited nearly a dozen dealerships in search for the perfect car so I have run the whole gamut of terrible dealership experiences to pleasant ones, and Westborough Honda was one of the most pleasant. I had called to inquire about a car I had seen on their website, they confirmed it was still there, and then I asked if there were any "catches" to the "e-price" that they list on their website. Usually dealerships advertise that price with say $2,000 down or with a trade (Greico Honda is notorious for this), but the receptionist assured me that the price is the price no matter if you financed with them or brought outside financing, etc. So I went to the dealer, met with Johnny Tang, test drove the car, bought it that night and picked it up a few days later. I want to thank David Yang, for handling and helping me trade in my car and purchase a new car from him. My circumstance was a bit complicated due to certain personal limitations and other factors. It provided the dealership an opportunity to really show their strength in customer service and willing to satisfy my needs as well as gain my confidence. They did this by coming together over multiple teams and David's ability to pull in the right resources at the right time. Manager, Chris Fasano got involved and helped me with some concerns and provided me with the necessary options and confidence to move forward. Finance, Toan Lam provided a "no pressure" more factual approach and provided me with some very fair and reasonable options during the paperwork sign process. Flat tire, inspection and A12 maintenance. I originally had a service Appt Monday morning. I ended up with a flat tire on Friday. The tire had to be ordered. So I got a ride home, left the car I originally had a service Appt Monday morning. I ended up with a flat tire on Friday. The tire had to be ordered. So I got a ride home, left the car there and the service dept replaced the tire and did the service that was scheduled for Monday. It was nice not to have to bring the car back in. More
