Felt Humiliated by Larry Although the initial discussions were nice 3 days back, when I decided not to buy a car as a trade in for my Honda Accord 2010 model which had clutch Although the initial discussions were nice 3 days back, when I decided not to buy a car as a trade in for my Honda Accord 2010 model which had clutch issues and got serviced, Larry did not behave the way he had earlier. I had discussed that I will not get the car serviced for the clutch issue for either a trade in or, a sale of my car. I had asked the car not to be serviced as I had said that I will either trade-in or, sell my car. The Service team was not informed about this by Sales team and the went ahead with the service. I had looked at a Honda Civic for buying but, due to personal reasons, mentioned that I will not buy it and rather go ahead with the sale of my car which had been earlier valued by Larry. But, only thing I was told by Larry when I went to dealership today was "You have to pay a bill". I mentioned that I never asked the service to be done as I was looking to sell my car as agreed earlier. I felt humiliated and manipulated dealing with Larry. For a car sales man, any customer will expect some humility. Treating fellow human beings with some degree of respect irrespective of monetary transaction is a manner that everyone should have. I wish him the best. More
