As usual service was completed on time. Bought my CRV in for a B1 service. It was taken in on time and Jim Montegue gave me an estimate on how long it would take. Positive and Professional This August my wife Marie and I purchased a new 2017 Honda Civic with the very professional assistance of David Yang. Within the past ten years, this This August my wife Marie and I purchased a new 2017 Honda Civic with the very professional assistance of David Yang. Within the past ten years, this was the third Honda purchased at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and it was the second purchased with David's help. We had an appointment early in the morning and David was interested in our selection of a Civic and the Model we were interested in test driving. Throughout our discussions, he was very courteous and focused on each of our questions and was very direct and to the point with his answers. We went for a test drive and David became an excellent teacher, taking time to go over each important detail, pausing to direct our attention to features that were not familiar to us, i.e. push button start, and camera assist-both side and back. When we returned to his desk an agreement was reached and David took care of everything for us. That same afternoon David brought us to the car and again instructed my wife and I on each of the following - safety, ease of handling, and the many driver friendly features. Amazingly, we were able to purchase our new 2017 Honda Civic in the morning and drive away in our new car the very same afternoon! All because of the courteous Professionalism of David Yang.
