Also, while you are waiting for your vehicle to be serviced there is a host of complimentary activities for everyone to enjoy. However You must know the entire service staff at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough are 110% engaged in your needs and satisfaction regarding your vehicle. In addition you should know I purchased another Accord in error at another dealership. The ENTIRE experience can only be described as a nightmare !!! I was so aggravated that I traded the car in so that I could have peace of mind that both sales as well as service will be done at this particular dealership. I would also like to make a special mention here for both Sean Schurman as well as Mark Vincent. Both worked diligently to have my car traded in and a new car purchased at this dealership. Every thing was handled extremely professionally and everyone of my needs were met far above expectations. Also special thank you to Toan and Adam. You have managed to select a dream team of individuals who simply go above and beyond for me the customer and this really gives me peace of mind. Lastly I would just like to add this goes to the entire service department as well. These qualities are very RARE to find in a car dealership in today's times. Great Service Everyone I had contact with from the person who helped me make my appointment on the phone, to the service consultant, to the shuttle driver who drove Everyone I had contact with from the person who helped me make my appointment on the phone, to the service consultant, to the shuttle driver who drove me home and picked me up was friendly, responsive and eager to please. The only thing in hindsight that was unusual was my bill. On it was an environmental compliance charge. I have seen such a charge on other auto service bills, but only if parts and/or fluids were removed from the vehicle. In my situation, to the best of my knowledge, no fluids or parts were removed or replaced. However, the charge was only $9.68. More
