I live 3 miles from Boch Honda but return to Herb every time It takes me 30 minutes to drive to Herb Chambers Honda. I live in Westford, and Boch Honda is three miles away. I drive instead all the way to Westb It takes me 30 minutes to drive to Herb Chambers Honda. I live in Westford, and Boch Honda is three miles away. I drive instead all the way to Westborough, because HC is the best by far. Herb Chambers Honda is honest, customer service straightforward and never pushy. Staff is very helpful, questions answered and estimates adhered to. Abby was super. 100% satisfied with this dealership and will continue to return again and again. More

But they don't not gave me a better offer and I was shown door out in a very rude manner saying they don't do any such thing. Complete waste of time. Replacement of Takata driver side airbag inflator I set up the service with Matt Gonyea, he told me it would take about an hour. The actual time of the service period was exactly the amount of time they said. I had to wait an extra hour due to unexpected brake work. Matt spoke with the service men and told me about my car (mice in the air filter), and explained the brake work in a way I could understand. The online booking was helpful. Overall, I appreciate coming in for regular service to avoid breakdowns. I would rate the experience as highly satisfactory. I appreciated the demeanor and knowledge of the Matt the service attendant. More
