Great Experience Had an appointment setup for a normal oil change but asked them to check on a noise I was hearing coming from the front right side when making a turn. Not only did they took care of the oil change but found that ball joint was in issue on the right front side, which the rep informed me it's covered under the warranty and not to worry about anything besides $100 deductible. When I informed him that I would love to get it resolved but I do need to get into the office, he immediately took care of that concern by booking a rental car thru a nearby rental company. Throughout the entire service process the rep made sure i was updated. More

I began with a search online for. 2017 Civic. Told them what car I was looking for. They found exactly what I was looking for in a 2018 and offered the same price as the 2017. That we had agreed upon John Nguyen went out of his way, including coming to my home, due to my schedule, to finalize some paperwork. The dealership called when the car came in and we set a time for me to pick it up. However when I arrived, we discovered a glitch in one of the parts. They attempted To correct the problem and when they couldn’t they contacted Honda itself and they Shipped the part immediately. Everyone at the dealership was very apologetic,especially John Nguyen and Jim Walgreen-even though the issue wasn’t theirs. I was very Impressed that they didn’t say “it isn’t my/our fault”. They took care of the issue as quickly as possible, while making sure I was being taken care of as well. Truly focused on customer service!
