Too expensive for service provided I believe that the team did an overall good review of my vehicle. I love the fact that they not only dropped me off at the office in the morning, but I believe that the team did an overall good review of my vehicle. I love the fact that they not only dropped me off at the office in the morning, but picked me up to retrieve my vehicle when it was ready. That type of service is usually only found at higher end dealers... The issue I have, as do many, is that taking your vehicle to the dealers to have oil changed, tires rotated, fluids checked, standard review, etc... is extremely costly. $300.00 for labor and $110 for parts! This is the very reason that I stopped going to the dealer for service. Now, if I were an Audi or Jaguar owner... it wouldn't matter, but I'm not. More

Drive-in Service It is very convenient for me to be able to show up for an oil change without an appointment on a weekend day. I need the AWD to get to Dana Farber reliably for my treatments. My little sedan just wasn't cutting it in the winter. It took them a lot of effort to help this average credit woman with some inequity in her trade in, but they worked hard and I'm going home today in the car I picked out with bells and whistles. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I also had email conversations prior to coming in with a Camille and she is fantastic with answering questions and being available! Great team here! ***** I am back to edit my review. I still give Five Stars to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. I had to bring my car in because it was having trouble starting and figured it was the battery. I understand that can happen in the cold, but this happened on the warm days, too! After checking about my warranty with Toan, I pulled into service and was again greeted by Randy Robinson, who had handled my registration a couple of months ago. Not only did Randy remember me, but he also remembered the issue I was having with my Sirius XM and was determined to get that fixed as well while checking out my car. Full service inspection, new battery, new light bulb (I had no idea my taillight was out!) HC Honda of Wboro seriously takes care of you! I think Randy went above and beyond and could not be more pleased with this place! if you're considering a Honda, go to Herb Chambers Honda of Wboro! More
2012 Honda CRV Service went as expected for oil change. Found rear brakes and tires needed replaced. Brake work completed same day. Followed up next day for 4 new ti Service went as expected for oil change. Found rear brakes and tires needed replaced. Brake work completed same day. Followed up next day for 4 new tires. Couldn’t program TPMS problem with Honda Computers. Followed up with service on 3rd day for valve cover gasket to be replaced. Originally told it could wait, however since red on automobile status report, felt need to replace to prevent any further issues. More
